What is Reiki?

Reiki is a hands-on healing method founded by Mikao Usui, a monk from Kyoto, Japan. It can be used for personal healing an asp of our own life or to help others by re-establishing balance and harmony on the physical, emotional, and mental planes so that the natural function is restored.

Reiki is a hands-on or off practice that can be used to treat yourself and others of any age, ability, or background. There are many benefits to learning Reiki techniques including the ability to reduce stress, promote relaxation, improve sleep, channel inner peace, align mental and emotional states, help relieve chronic pain, and much more.

Reiki I & II

Reiki I & II is a transformative class focused on imparting the principles of hands-on or off healing, suitable for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Participants will receive a comprehensive manual, a crystal pendulum, and two Reiki attunements, along with extensive practice time. This class not only deepens understanding of Reiki but also empowers attendees to harness its healing energy for personal and communal benefit.

Reiki Master

In this class, you will embark on a profound, spiritually enriching journey that strengthens your connection to Reiki energy and equips you to both teach and attune others. You will receive the Master-level attunement, amplifying your intuitive and energetic abilities. The training includes a Master book, learning how to attune students to Reiki levels I, II, and Master, along with hands-on practice using new symbols and performing attunements.
